Applications will be accepted through this website from January 15, 2027, together with an unlisted YouTube URL of the preliminary-round performance. Video submission deadline: March 1, 2027.参加申込は2027年1月15日より当ウェブサイトで受け付けます。予備予選課題曲を収録したYouTube限定公開URLをあわせてご提出いただきます。動画提出期限は2027年3月1日（必着）です。
Application fee: 20,000 JPY参加料：20,000円
Eligibility: born on or after August 30, 1991 (aged 35 or under as of August 29, 2027). Open to all nationalities.参加資格：1991年8月30日以降生まれの方（2027年8月29日時点で35歳以下）。国籍は問いません。
The finalised guidelines and set pieces will be published around November 2026.応募要項・課題曲の確定版は2026年11月頃に公開します。
